Abstract:

This rulemaking would update NHTSA's National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) procedures to conform with the Council on Environmental Quality’s (CEQ’s) final rule amending the NEPA implementing regulations as well as DOT procedures and modern NEPA practice.
