Title: Privacy Act Regulations 
Abstract:

This proposed rule would revise the exemption provisions of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission Privacy Act regulations to more specifically identify the systems of records the Commission is exempting, the sections of the Privacy Act from which it is exempting each system of records, and the reasons therefor.
