Abstract:
The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) would amend the procedures for claims under the Government Employees Rights Act by including references to electronic submission of documents, revising portions of the regulation based upon the text of other regulations or statutes, and making a number of editorial revisions to improve clarity. |
