Abstract:
The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) proposes to amend its regulations regarding recordkeeping and reporting requirements to delegate authority for granting or denying hardship exemption applications, to set forth the procedure to apply for exemptions, and to provide a non-exhaustive list of criteria to be considered in evaluating exemption applications. |
