Title: Recruitment and Selection Through Competitive Examination 
Abstract:

The Office of Personnel Management is finalizing revisions implementing the Competitive Service Act of 2015, Public Law 114-137, to allow an appointing authority (i.e., the head of a Federal agency or department) to share a competitive certificate of eligibles with one or more appointing authorities for the purpose of making selections of qualified candidates.
