Abstract:
The Office of Personnel Management is issuing a proposed rule to follow on the rulemaking implementing the Postal Service Health Benefits (PSHB) Program within the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program, pursuant to the Postal Service Reform Act of 2022. The proposed rule will address additional topics necessary for the continued operation and management of the PSHB. |
