Title: Solicitation of Federal Civilian and Uniformed Service Personnel for Contributions to Private Voluntary Organizations | |
Abstract:
The Office of Personnel Management is proposing to revise the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) regulation at 5 CFR part 950 to streamline operations, increase efficiency and effectiveness, and ensure continued growth and success. The proposed changes are based on lessons learned and engagements with donors, charities, federations, and other stakeholders since the implementation of previous revisions to the regulation in 2017. Key revisions in this proposed rule will include provisions to update audit thresholds for charities, open CFC to more causes, and give donors greater flexibility to modify pledges, among other benefits. |
