| Title: USAID AIDAR Appendix D: Revisions to Expand Fringe Benefits for U.S. Personal Services Contractors | |

Abstract:
This rule revises Appendix D of the AID Acquisition Regulation (AIDAR Appendix D) in order to revise and expand fringe benefits for personal services contracts with individuals who are U.S. nationals (USPSCs). Specifically, this rule will: 1) provide a relocation expense benefit similar to the benefit provided to USAID’s U.S. direct-hire employees, normally Foreign Service Officers; and 2) provide a paid parental leave benefit comparable to what is available to USAID’s U.S. direct-hire employees. |
