Title: USAID AIDAR: Strengthening Environmental Compliance Requirements for USAID Contractors | |
Abstract:
USAID proposes to add a new, standardized contract clause related to environmental compliance and USAID’s implementation of 22 CFR 216. 22 CFR 216 outlines environmental procedures which are mandatory for all USAID programs, projects, and activities. As contractors implement USAID’s programs, USAID proposes to amend the AIDAR to create specific contract language to ensure standard compliance with the requirements of this regulation. |
