Title: Environmental Compliance 
Abstract:

The USDA Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC) mission area is reviewing existing environmental compliance provisions for the Farm Service Agency, Commodity Credit Corporation, FPAC Business Center, and Risk Management Agency.  Changes will be proposed to revise and consolidate the environmental compliance regulations (including for farm loans) for consistency, efficiency, and compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act, and the Council on Environmental Quality’s guidance and regulations (for example, environmental justice).
