Title: Elimination of Superfluous Grantee Occupancy Regulation | |
Abstract:
EDA is eliminating the regulation located at 13 CFR 305.14 that states that grant recipients that occupy an EDA-funded project prior to final acceptance do so at their own risk and must follow State and local law in doing so.
