Title: ●Commerce Control List Proposed Changes; New Controls on Certain Biological Analytical and Processing Equipment  
Abstract:

The Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) proposes amending the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) by imposing controls on certain biological analytical and processing equipment that could pose a risk to national security or foreign policy objectives. These controls, if implemented, will result in the creation of a new Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) on the Commerce Control List (CCL).
