Title: Certification Requirement for Military Recruitment Advertising (DFARS Case 2024-D022) 
Abstract:

DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to implement section 1555 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2024, which requires a certification, as well as a notification to the Congressional defense committees, for each DoD contract related to the placement of recruitment advertising.
