Title: Privacy Act of 1974; Implementation (Recruitment and Accession Records, DoD-00XX) | |
Abstract:
The Department of Defense proposes to exempt the Recruitment and Accession Records system of records from certain provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974. This rule proposes to exempt certain portions of the Recruitment and Access Records from 5 U.S.C. 552a(c)(3); (d)(1)-(4), (e)(1), (e)(4)(G), (e)(4)(H), and (I), and (f) of the Privacy Act, pursuant to 5 U.S.C. 552a(k)(6). he DoD proposes to exempt this system of records because the records may contain examination and testing material used solely to determine individual qualification for appointment or promotion in the Federal service the disclosure which could compromise the objectivity or fairness of testing and examination material. |
