Title: Privacy Act of 1974; Implementation (Department of Defense Readiness Reporting (DDRS) Records, DPR 30 DoD) 
Abstract:

The Department of Defense proposes to exempt the Department of Defense Readiness Reporting (DDRS) Records, DPR 30 DoD system of records from certain provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974. This rule proposes to exempt certain portions of Department of Defense Readiness Reporting (DDRS) Records system of records from 5 U.S.C. 552a(c)(3), (d)(1)-(4), (e)(1), (e)(4)(G), (H), and (I), and (f) pursuant to 5 U.S.C. 552a(k)(1). This proposed exemption aims to protect classified national security information.  The Privacy Act, pursuant to 5 U.S.C. 552a(k)(1), authorizes agencies to claim an exemption for systems of records that contain information properly classified pursuant to executive order.
