Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Threatened Species Status With Section 4(d) Rule for North American Wolverine 
Abstract:

FWS designated a distinct population segment of the North American wolverine (Gulo gulo luscus) occurring in the contiguous United States as a threatened species under the Endangered Species Act. We will make a final determination on our interim rule issued under section 4(d) of the Act. Breeding populations of this mammal are found in Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington, and Wyoming with occasional sightings in California, Colorado, and Utah.
