Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Critical Habitat Designation for Four Mussels 
Abstract:

FWS will, if prudent and determinable, propose to designate critical habitat for four species of freshwater mussels under the Endangered Species Act: the rayed bean (Villosa fabalis), found in Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia; sheepnose (Plethobasus cyphyus), found in Alabama, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wisconsin; the snuffbox (Epioblasma triquetra), found in Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wisconsin; and the spectaclecase (Cumberlandia monodonta), found in Alabama, Arkansas, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Minnesota, Missouri, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wisconsin. All four species are listed as endangered.
