Abstract:
The Department of the Interior proposes to adopt the Federal Policy for Protection of Human Subjects, which was published in 1991 and codified in separate regulations by 15 Federal departments and agencies. Each agency includes section numbers and language that are identical to those of the Department of Health and Human Services codification at 45 CFR part 46, subpart A, which is referred to as the Common Rule.
