Title: Great Seal, Official Seal, Logos, and Insignia of Rank 
Abstract:

The Department of State updates its rule relating to insignia of rank (last updated in 1973), and provides procedures for use of the Great Seal of the United States, the Department of State official seal, and bureau logos.  By statute, the Department of State has custody of the Great Seal.
