Abstract:
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is proposing to amend its regulations under the Privacy Act of 1974, consistent with the requirements set forth in the Creating Advanced Streamlined Electronic Services for Constituents Act of 2019, and the Social Security Number Fraud Prevention Act of 2017. DHS is proposing to update two regulatory provisions. |
