Title: Accreditation of English Language Training Programs Certified by the Student and Exchange Visitor Program | |
Abstract:
This rule will propose to codify and clarify the existing requirements that English language training programs certified by the Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) must obtain and maintain accreditation by an accrediting agency recognized by the Secretary of Education and report in the Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS) any notice of withdrawal or loss of accreditation within 21-days of issuance by their accreditor. |
