Title: ●Update to Bid Protest and Contract Dispute Regulations | |
Abstract:
This rulemaking would modernize, reorganize, and clarify the current regulations found in Title 14, Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) part 17, which govern the procedures for FAA bid protests and contract disputes heard by the Office of Dispute Resolution for Acquisition (ODRA). This revision to part 17 would improve the protest-dispute process and ensure the regulations reflect changes that have evolved since the previous revision in 2011. |
