Title: ●Implementation of Whistleblower Protections for Multifamily Programs (FR-6490) | |
Abstract:
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and its grantees and contractors are required to comply with whistleblower protections that protect employees of HUD contractors, subcontractors, grantees, subgrantees, and certain program participants from retaliation or reprisal as a result of protected disclosures of gross mismanagement, gross waste, abuse of authority, and other violations in connection with Federal contracts or grants. This proposed rule would implement the whistleblower protections into the regulations for HUD’s Multifamily programs. |
