Abstract:
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) proposes to amend the rules pertaining to the notification of an adverse action to veterans in receipt of benefits and services provided under law. The amendment is necessary to implement changes for situations when a veteran requests to forego, suspend, reduce, or terminate benefits and services. |
