Title: ●Amend and Clarify Deletion of Items From the Procurement List 
Abstract:

The Committee for Purchase From People Who Are Blind or Severely Disabled (Committee), which administers the AbilityOne Program intends to clarify and amend the Committee’s ability to delete items from the Procurement List. This proposed amendment will allow the Committee to more effectively manage the Procurement List by authorizing the Committee, in accordance with applicable policies and procedures, to delete products or services that are no longer being procured, are being procured in insufficient and uneconomical quantities, or are being otherwise underutilized and no longer in the best interests of the AbilityOne Program to maintain as a mandatory purchase for Federal entities.
