Abstract:
This proposed rule would provide for the proper use, management, and protection of AmeriCorps National Civilian Community Corps (NCCC) staff, members, and property and implement the statutory purposes of the AmeriCorps NCCC program, a team-based national service program for young adults, to meet national and community needs and develop leaders. |
