Title: Amendments to the Rules on Notices to Be Posted 
Abstract:

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) proposes to amend its regulations at 29 CFR 1601.30 to clarify the notice posting requirements related to remote, telework, and hybrid workplaces. With this amendment, the EEOC proposes to allow and/or require covered entities to post electronically informational notices explaining the protections against employment discrimination and providing contact information for individuals to file a charge of discrimination with the Commission, as required under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. 2000e-10(a); the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), 42 U.S.C. 12115; the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act, 42 U.S.C. 2000ff-6(a)(1); and the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA), 42 U.S.C. 2000gg-3(a).
