Title: Federal Management Regulation (FMR); FMR Case 2024-02, Real Property Disposal Subparts A and B | |
Abstract:
The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is proposing to amend subparts A and B of 102-75 of the Federal Management Regulation (FMR) regarding real property disposal and asset management as part of an overall re-organizing of the entire regulation to better align with the Property Act disposal process and to address the considerations and decisions needed at each stage of the disposal process. This reorganization will also add definitions, policy and procedures where there were none previously. The clarity provided by reorganizing 102-75 will assist federal landholding agencies with understanding their responsibilities when contemplating asset management and disposal actions and how to engage with GSA using GSA's authority and their own authorities to meet their Federal real property goals and objectives. |
