Title: ●General Services Administration Acquisition Regulation (GSAR); GSAR Case 2025-G503, Multiple Award Schedule Contractor Performance Information | |
Abstract:
GSA is exploring the ability to post Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contractor performance information on GSA eCommerce platforms such as GSA Advantage. The goal of such a change is to modernize GSA eCommerce platforms and improve contractor performance, increase competition at the order level, increase transparency, and increase MAS customer satisfaction. To better understand the cost impact of such a rule change, GSA is publishing an Advanced Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (ANPRM) to request feedback from industry on potential barriers, costs, definitions, and reporting mechanisms that may be encountered or can be utilized for such a rule change. |
