Title: Touhy Regulation | |
Abstract:
This rulemaking will revise and clarify SBA’s Touhy regulation implementing 5 USC Sec. 301 to increase uniformity with other agencies’ federal regulations for the same subject matter. The clarification will benefit those who may seek to make a request for production or disclosure of official SBA materials or oral testimony, in which the agency is not a party, by better informing third parties of the standards for compliance and approvals by SBA, and the clarification will benefit SBA by the same measure. |
