Abstract:
EDA is eliminating the regulation located at 13 CFR 305.12 that describes requirements for erecting a sign indicating Federal support for a particular project. A regulation is not required for this sort of requirement. EDA can and already does notify particular grantees of this requirement upon time of award. |
