Title: Clarification of the Definition of a Routed Export Transaction 
Abstract:

BIS is re-proposing amendments to the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) for parties involved in routed and standard export transactions. In addition, in this rule, BIS will be proposing revisions to definitions of several key terms.
