Title: Revision of Firearms License Requirements 
Abstract:

This final rule revises the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) for the controls on firearms and related items that are subject to the EAR. The final rule also responds to public comments in response to an April 4, 2024 interim final rule that made revisions to the control for firearms and related items subject to the EAR.
