Title: Updated License Exception Implemented Export Controls (IEC) Eligible Items and Destinations  
Abstract:

This rule revises the version date for the License Exception Implemented Export Controls (IEC) table posted on the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) website. In addition, this rule replaces the long URL address for the table to a shorter and simpler URL address.  In addition, BIS will post an updated table that will update the eligible countries for License Exception IEC in the table.
