Title: ●Addition of License Exception to the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) 
Abstract:

In this final rule, the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) adds a new license exception under the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). This final rule also makes conforming changes to one other part of the EAR for the addition of this new license exception.  The addition of this new EAR license exception is consistent with U.S. national security and foreign policy interests.
