Abstract:

This final rule amends BLM regulations pertaining to execution and filing of forms in order to reflect the new mailing addresses for the BLM Oregon/Washington State Office.  All filings and other documents relating to public lands in Oregon and Washington must be filed at the BLM Oregon/Washington State Office
