Abstract:
This rule will amend the regulations governing subsistence hunting of migratory birds in Alaska by adding an exemption for rural subsistence migratory bird hunters in Alaska to purchase a Duck Stamp. This action will comport with the intent of Congress as written in the Federal Duck Stamp Act of 2014. |
