View Rule

This proposed rule proposes to update regulations that are co-managed by the FWS Office of Conservation Investment and National Wildlife Refuge System. The National Coastal Wetlands Conservation Grant Program regulations were last revised in 2002, and cost principles, ranking criteria, and grants administration have changed since then. Updating these regulations would reflect those changes and bring the program up to date. The rulemaking would help FWS communicate important program changes to the public and solicit input on how best to address areas where FWS has discretion on statute implementation.
