Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Critical Habitat Designation for the Rusty Patched Bumble Bee  
Abstract:

FWS will make a final determination on our proposal to designate critical habitat for the rusty patched bumble bee (Bombus affinis) under the Endangered Species Act. This bumble bee is found in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Ohio, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wisconsin and is listed as an endangered species.
