Abstract:

FWS will make a final determination on our proposal to remove the Ute ladies'-tresses (Spiranthes diluvialis) from the Federal List of Endangered and Threatened Plants due to recovery. The Ute ladies’-tresses is found in Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming.
