Title: ●Regulations for Designating Critical Habitat 
Abstract:

The Service will revise regulations that implement section 4 of the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended (Act) pertaining to designation of critical habitat in 50 CFR part 17. The Service will reinstate the regulations rescinded on July 21, 2022 (87 FR 43433). The resulting rulemaking will set forth a process for excluding areas of critical habitat under section 4(b)(2) of the Act.
