Title: Whiskeytown National Recreation Area; Bicycling 
Abstract:

This final rule will allow for the use of bicycles on approximately 79.8 miles of trail throughout Whiskeytown National Recreation Area. Whiskeytown National Recreation Area encompasses 42,000-acres in Shasta County, within the Klamath Mountains in Northern California.
