Title: Joint Policies of the Departments of the Interior and of the Army Relative to Reservoir Project Lands 
Abstract:

The Department of the Interior proposes to revise 43 CFR part 8 by adding section 8.7, Interior Deviations. This section would establish internal Department policy for acquisition of realty interests in and around reservoirs owned by the Department, a relatively infrequent occurrence.
