Title: ●OHA Direct Final Conforming Amendments 
Abstract:

The Office of Hearings and Appeals (OHA) will publish a direct final rule to amend existing cross-references throughout the CFR to be consistent with changes made to 43 CFR part 4 by OHA's Interim Final Rule published in January 2025. This direct final rule is purely ministerial, to update cross-references appearing throughout other parts of the CFR to ensure that they are accurate and consistent with the updated numbering in 43 CFR Part 4.
