Unified Agenda of Federal Regulatory and Deregulatory Actions

AGENCY: National Endowment for the Humanities.

ACTION: Semiannual regulatory agenda.

SUMMARY: Pursuant to the Regulatory Flexibility Act, 5 U.S.C. 601 to 612, and Executive Order 12866, "Regulatory Planning and Review," dated September 30, 1993, the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) is required to publish, semiannually, an agenda of proposed regulations that NEH has issued or expects to issue and current rules that are under Agency review. The complete Unified Agenda will be available online at www.reinfo.gov in a format that offers users enhanced ability to obtain information from the Agenda database.
