Abstract:
THIS INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO IMPLEMENT THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTIONS 509 AND 519 OF P.L. 95-8. THE INFORMATION IS USED IN DETERMINING WHETHER BONDING IS PROPERLY REGULATED AND TO AVOID A BREAK IN THE CHAI OF LIABILITY THAT FLOWS FROM THE MOMENT OF PERMIT APPLICATION UNTIL COMPLETION OF THE PERMIT RECLAMATION.
