THE INFORMATION IS COLLECTED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY AND PROVIDED TO THE BUREAU OF LABOR STATISTICS FOR USE IN COMPUTING THEIR CONSMER AND PRODUCER PRICE INDICES. THE INFORMATION IS ALSO PUBLISHED BY DOE. THE MONTHLY COLLECTION WILL BE COLLECTED UNDER DOE'S CLEARANCE AS SOON AS CLEARANCE IS RECEIVED.
