THESE REQUIREMENTS ARE NECESSARY TO DOCUMENT COMPLIANCE AND CONDITIONS OF MFG. AND TO COMPARE INFORMATION CONCERNING DETAINED DEVICES TO INFORMATION ABOUT OTHER SHIPMENTS OF THE DEVICES.
