ALL COMMISSION MERCHANTS, DEALERS, AN BROKERS ENGAGED IN BUSINESS SUBJECT TO THE ACT MUST BE LICENSED. AN APPLICATION FORM MUST BE COMPLETED TO IDENTIFY THE FIRM AND TYPE OF BUSINESS. A LICENSE RENEWA APPLICATION IS SENT RESPONDENTS 30 DAYS PRIOR TO EXPIRATION DATE TO MAKE CHANGES AND RETURN TO USDA FOR RENEWAL OF LICENSE.
