THIS INFORMATION COLLECTION REQUEST APPLIES ONLY TO A VACATION HOME OWNER WHOSE UNIT IS ENTERED INTO A RENTAL POOL ARRANGEMENT AND ANY AGENCY THAT MANAGES A RENTAL POOL. THE INFORMATION IS NECESSARY TO ENABLE THE SERVICE TO DETERMINE THE PROPER DEDUCTION ALLOWABLE WITH RESPECT TO SUCH UNIT.
